Tomato Red

I like my red as bright as possible.

What I always have called Tomato Red.

This is what I mean!

Bright, clear, fun, jazzy.

Lots of examples here.

On the shelves of my very favorite things.

Red, red, red.  And more red.

A photo of these shelves was on the title
page of Jessie Walker's Country Decorating book.

Nothing catches the eye more than red.

Are you a "red" fan.   And what is your favorite color?

  5. Red is my color, to wear and to pop up anywhere.
When I was a child I had a wooden apple that looked like yours, and when you opened it there was a roulette wheel inside with a little ball and the wheel would spin. Any chance any of your apples are like that?? I've not seen one since. (long time ago :>) )

  8. I do love red...I love to wear it! My favorite color of "things" is probably seafoam/aqua...in little bits mixed with browns and white.

  9. All passionate women love red! Beware of painting the walls in your kitchen or dinning room red. It makes you eat more. Hmm. That's why so many restaurants are painted red. Red goes with everything! I love it!

  11. Yup, it's gotta be that tomato red. Although a nicely faded out red will trick my trigger as well.
