Number of items I have listed for sale~ 220
Number of items sold~ 110
Number of people who have named me a favorite~ 94
Number of days it took until my first sale~ 1
Number of hours I have spent on the computer~ Countless
what success, I wish I could say the same. I love doing my Etsy stuff! I get lots of hearts but only have 4 sales. I don't need the income, I just want the encouragement! It has been a dream come true! I am so happy for you! I think I spend more on Etsy then I make. Etsy is my favorite place to shop. I am surprized at how many people havn't been turned on to it yet! I do my best to promote it and all the wonderfull people selling on it!

Yay. I love my porcelain tacks & Joan, I should have bought more. They're all gone, yes? It's an ongoing project (that hasn't really begun yet, so...).
ReplyDeleteI'll go check out some of your commenters shops. Unfortunately, hearts are all some people (like self) can do lately due to the economy. But I do try to highlight other folks if it's something I've bought for myself or as a gift.
Also, it really really helps (I think) to leave specific feedback on etsy. When I've recommended a shop (on my blogs now & again) or to friends & family, I got to that shop usually via good feedback. Or I decided between 2-4 shops on that basis.
So be a good sport & if you're pleased with a purchase, leave feedback. I say that as a consumer, not an etsy shop owner.

So glad your Etsy shop appears to be doing well. There are so many of the blogers doing that. There is not a thing you would want that you cannot find in an Etsy shop.
