I am thinking od joining the crew at Grayslake in March...my budget would LOVE a second show...and I have been busy making some paper stuff...you are pretty inspiring, lady! Enjoy your schlepping stuff to the show break...but come and visit us this weekend if you get bored:) DuPage.
I don't make resolutions, I know I won't keep them. I do try to use January as a good time to remember some good habits that tend to get lost in December...eating healthy, exercise, spending responsibly. Things get out of control a bit towards the end of the year and I enjoy starting fresh!
I love the surprises and unique qualities of imperfection. Imperfection is so unpredictable; perfection so binding. Hmmmmm. I just might adopt YOUR resolution as my own.
Still working on mine...but I heartily embrace the idea of imperfection. The idea of perfection keeps people from doing many things, I feel. I applaud your sentiment here.
Hi Joan, My New Year's resolution is is to stop worrying so much about everything. I am a worryaholic! It takes up way too much of my time and energy to worry about things that I have no control over. I'll hope for the best this year. I hope you have a wonderful New Year filled with great health, happiness, and prosperity!! Sincerely, Melinda
I've claimed to be a Recovering Perfectionist for quite a few years now. Only in the past 2 or so can I say that I am truly loving imperfection. I prefer to surround myself with vintage and antique things that are cracked or faded or chipped! And people, only the imperfect ones for me!
Happy New Year to you my friend.
