Wednesday is quickly becoming my favorite day of the week ~ with all the wonderful White Wednesday posts!
My photos are of some of my "must haves" when out thrifting and junking.
White tape measures, ironstone and a dome to put them under. And, of course, some coral!
I never tire of looking at this little still~life that sits beside the couch in my family room.
You put together the most beautiful vignettes.
ReplyDeleteI second Linda's comment. Lovely. TTFN ~Marydon
ReplyDeletehi joan,
ReplyDeletethis white vignette is very cool. the measuring tape is the "cherry on the sundae" for sure!
xo
Love your "whiteness". I agree, a tape measure is a real must have when you are shopping. My only problem is when I forget to take along the paper that tells the length or height of my space! LOL
ReplyDeleteHave a great Tuesday.
Charla
I love the tape measures! Never really saw a white one! Great pictures, enjoy your day!

ReplyDeleteI love the old cloth tape measures. I have been looking for those at every thrift store, flea market etc. I go to. Your photos are beautiful! Would love to have you stop by for a visit at my newly created blog (OK - It's 2 weeks old now!) I'll visit Faded Charm and check out the other White Wednesday posts.
ReplyDeleteI love your old tape measures...so cute!
ReplyDeleteI love those old tape measures...I still faithfully use mine from my grandma when ever I sew...lovely pics too.
ReplyDeleteFunny how fabric tapes bring back memories. There was always one in every drawer you open. I don't sew but still have tapes here and there. Have a fun wednesday! x Julie

I'm with you on this White Wednesday meme. Nice things to look for. Thanks for coming by for a short visit over the pickets ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi Joan
ReplyDeleteLove your white Wednesday look. Tape measures wouldn't last long in a pile for me - one by one they would dissappear -- I have a hard time keeping track of them...but I love them piled up like that!
Blessings
Rebecca
The little things in life are the ones that usually bring us more joy...your sweet vignette is one of those!!!
ReplyDeleteThe things that you come up with are great! I have to get out my mother's blue and white fabric measuring tape that I made off with in college! Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment--I'd love to see what you do with repurposing your casters. Mine go to a blanket chest I have, but I've let the casters just sit!
ReplyDeleteHere's my 2 cents....I love your blog. I am loving White Wednesday too. Stop by for a visit and give me your 2 cents.
ReplyDeleteTil then
Janice
