Projects 2 and 3: "Losing the Piles" at a Snail's Pace

It is a cute little table, but the top is broken and not attached. This finish is TOO shabby.

The wall shelf has nice lines, but has paint-can rust stains on each shelf. Junky add-on back and funny add-on bottom shelf.

Repaired and repainted, the redone pile is starting to grow....

{Among the stuff, you can see some of the accessories I will be using in my display when I get ready to sell these redones.}

and it all looks better than this, don't you think?

    Can't wait to see what you do with all of your finds ......made me laugh because it reminds me of my brain ....I get inspired so easily when I go thrift shopping and to my husbands chagrin I end up with piles of furniture under the porch!

    To my credit though , I did finish four pieces this summer LOL

    Will definitely check back to see your progress.

    Cheers

  31. Hey, think you're making great headway! It does seem overwhelming at times, for me, and I have to get my butt in gear just so I can complete even a small project. But it feels sooooo good when it is done and I can see the fruits of my labor. If you were closer, I'd be at the market with bells on!
